Do you feel intimidated by judging AIM exams and other festivals? Does giving feedback “on the clock” cause you anxiety? Or would you simply like to refine your judging technique? In this interactive session, Janna Williamson and Stephanie Myers will help teachers improve and gain confidence by sharing their experiences as well as offering practical tools, such as setting goals prior to hearing a performance. Teachers will have the opportunity to judge pre-recorded student performances.
